Markus started his careerÂ as a consultantÂ in FrankfurtÂ and specialized in assessing credit risks.Â Markus gained his knowledge in the field of statistical experimental methodologyÂ teaching mathematics at the university of Mannheim for many years.Â He studied mathematics and computer scienceÂ and obtained a Ph.D. in the subject of differential geometry and dynamical systems.Â
Markusâ€™ family has roots in Poland and Germany and he speaks both languages fluently.
MarcelÂ already runs several successful companies and is involved in planning of online marketing campaigns in various organisations. As a 20-year-old, he had a great success in online sales, and over the next five years he built his own company specialized in information branch, which generates more than 4 million Euro turnover per year.

Ewa is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in Poland atÂ IBT International Brands Trading. ThisÂ Â includes handling key customers, seeking new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with them. Moreover, Ewa is responsible for presenting new products and offers to the customers. She coordinate deliveries, domesting shipping and export.Â In addition, Ewa monitors and analyzes the trading market. SheÂ has several years of experience in trade, graduated from German philology and speaks German, Polish and English fluenty.
B2B customer service specialist. She ensures the efficient functioning of the office’s everyday work and implements and coordinates new projects. She supports creating new commercial offers. Anna also coordinates logistics processes in Poland.
Anna has a lot experience with regard to retail and team management. She graduated from the University of Economics in Warsaw.

Natalia takes care about our customers in Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus etc. (countries: UA, RU, BY, KZ, AZ, BG, TJ, TM, UZ, KG, LT, LV, EE). She also coordinates deliveries and has profound knowledge in export shipping and documentation. Natalia has 8 years of experience in domestic and international FCMG trading. She graduated from Russian studies and speaks fluently Russian and Polish.
